What type of vehicles do you have?

How many passengers can you accommodate?

From 1 - 1,000 (or more). We are fully equipped to handle large groups.

How can I get a 15% discount?

Make your reservation right away. We work with multiple transportation companies. However, only one company offers a 15% round trip discount to our customers. Once they are booked, the discount is no longer available.

Is the price per person?

No, the prices are per vehicle.

What type of vehicle is used?

It depends how many passengers are in your party and what type of vehicle is requested.

How much luggage can I bring?

Two checked bags and two carry-ons per person. If you have more bags, let us know so we can make arrangements for a larger vehicle.

Will the driver have a sign at the airport or port looking for our group?

No. The vehicle waits at the respective holding area until they receive your call. At that time, the vehicle will pull around to the baggage claim area to pick up your party. The phone number for the driver/dispatch office will be provided to you in your transportation confirmation.

Are taxes included in the price?

The rates we quote are all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees.

Is the driver's gratituity included?

Yes. However, If you are pleased with the service, you are welcome to give the driver an extra tip!

What if I need to cancel my transportation?

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy - with No Cancellation Penalty. After the 72 hour cancellation period, there are no refunds.

What is your hurricane policy?

If a hurricane threatens to spoil your vacation, we promise to waive all cancellation fees and secure refunds for customers with prepaid transportation.

Are the vehicles handicapped accessible?

Our vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. However, there is room to stow the chair. Most of the vehicles have 3 steps.

How do I reserve transportation?

Shuttle Miami receives wholesale prices from our transportation partners and we pass the savings on to you. Compare our rates. You will see that we have the lowest prices on local transportation guaranteed.

What is the distance between the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and the Port of Miami?

35 - 45 minutes, depending on traffic.

What is the distance between the Miami International Airport and the Port of Miami?

Approximately 15 minutes.
